Our fitness classes are offered five days per week and include the following:

Cardio Explosion

This class is popular with the ladies and includes a high octane, full body experience. Our instructor incorporates plyometrics and high-intensity moves to burn fat and raise your heart rate. Lots of movement and fast-paced music will make for one sweaty work out.

Bootcamp

Get ready to get down and give your instructor 20 with this military-style workout. The goal of this workout class is to use body weight and additional weight to gain muscle and burn fat. This workout brings in calisthenics, weight lifting, high-intensity training to compliment any cardio workout. Come join us to reach the best shape of your life.

Full Metal Mayhem

Tough name, but a light workout. However, don’t underestimate the potential results! Full Metal Mayhem is lower intensity, with high reps and lower weight maximums to help tone and maintain muscle. Our instructor will implement supersets, circuits and push/pull workouts to help you tone up and improve endurance.

BAT (Butts, Abs and Thighs)

Exactly as it sounds, this targeted workout focuses on a lot of core work, along with leg and glute activities. This workout will have you feel the burn as you work to tone, lift and tighten the lower body.

ARMageddon

Get your upper body tightened with this intensive bicep and tricep workout, along with attention to the chest area ((deltoids / pectorals / laterals). Come join us and start seeing the results of a firm upper body and increased strength in ability in your arms and shoulders.
